Vinni was fabulous! Explaining the entire process and I got my machine back like it was brand new! Highly recommended!!

Vinni was so lovely and fixed my machine which at stopped halfway through a descaling cycle and wouldn't rinse. He truley saved me from having to fork out for a new machine. When I went to pick up my machine my first thought "OMG, it's so shiny." Thanks so much!

What an excellent experience! Vinni replied extremely quickly to my initial enquiry, was able to take the unit in the next day and have it ready the following morning, which was a Saturday. No question, he is the man to take your coffee machine for service in Melbourne.

When I was looking for a coffee machine repair shop, the first thing that caught my eye about here was how possibly everyone has rated 5 stars?! Now that I have my coffee machine repaired I would say Vinni deserves a 5! So professional and did the job so neatly with no drama!

Vinni was so nice!! super helpful, prompt service, clear advice, next day pick up after repairs. Would be going back to him anytime the machine is knocked out.5 stars all round

You know when you come across someone that thrives on giving brilliant, efficient and friendly service? That's Vinni. Our Breville machine was tripping the circuit every time we switched it on. He gave a likely cause over the phone, and asked me to bring it in. Once there he explained next steps and then texted through a quote which seemed very reasonable. But the best bit - he messaged me the very next day saying it'll be ready in an hour. That kind of turnaround is UNHEARD of in my experience with various repair centres. Most of them need at least a week if not two. And the machine came back sparkling clean too - cleaner than I could ever get it. I'm definitely a repeat customer from now on. Thanks Vinni!

Vinni is my go to for coffee machine repair, he is clear, thorough knowledgeable and professional. Any issues I have had with my machine he has sorted out in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I trust him and so should you. Thanks Vinni, I love your work.

Vinni fixed my ECM a week ago. He got it done in 48 hours. He is very efficient, patient and knowledgeable. I asked lots of questions and he'd been patient the whole time asking all my questions. We're very happy with the service.

Thank you, Vinni, for repairing my coffee machine! Excellent and professional service from start to finish. I really appreciated the free assessment, reasonable price, fast repair and very short waiting time. He also did a full service, which was beyond my expectations. Highly recommend Vinni's store to all coffee lovers!
